Stream archive: Planning projects until Axum 1.0 (2023-11-29 morning)

0Axum 0.7 came out, and it looks like it will be updated a few more times before 1.0. And each of those updates will probably have breaking changes. So we're going to put a hold on creating the Axum course until after 1.0 is released so we don't have to recreate the course multiple times.
In the meantime we're planning what we'll be spending our streams doing.
