So our Life+Death plant-summoning warlock build was indeed pretty much unstoppable, taking out all the towers and cruising through the end, with both summons that could kill everything on the map, and enough direct firepower to also kill anything without help, and at range. (Though relatively low defenses meant we needed summons to help as meat shields.) The cruising wasn't exactly super fast since instantly filling every map with allies meant somewhat slower turns, though now being more familiar with the game I did activate fast turns mode, which helped a bit. The king is down!

But that's not all! Well, there was time left so I wanted to play around with another build real quick, something that would probably splat before long. I decided to try out an Apostle + Apophis mix since I like the idea of powerful resurrection capabilities, plus you get lots of free Strength! Well that strength combined with the ranged combat skill I poured lots of points into (Asi Malak) meant we could use a two-handed melee weapon to absolutely maul everything within many spaces, a pretty cool combo. Also I chose the Imp culture which is funny because you're always doing random damage types.

Anyway, I kept taking the hardest route in an effort to get myself killed, but still managed to pull through and won the third cycle with that build... The whole process ended up being faster than a summoner, given many fewer actions per map, but combined with the end of the first run this was yet another fairly long stream--oops xD
