So, my Epic Games account got hacked. Epic Games did literally nothing about it, even after 7 emails to their customer "service" dept, and about 8 tweets to @EpicGames. Zero response. Awful customer service. Whoever got into my account only changed my username. Sounds like no big deal, but the issue is Epic only allows players to change their username once every two weeks. Since this was a hack, I assumed their customer service would be able to change it for me manually. But since their customer service seemingly doesn't exist, I had to wait the full 2 weeks and then changed it myself. So I finally got to play again today and it was a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to streaming more Fortnite soon!
