Gill is the final boss in SF32S. He is an unplayable character in this version of the game.

---- If you play a Gill vs Gill game, this time the recipient of his throws is animated correctly unlike in SF3:NG.
---- He actually has several different colour palettes. This could suggest that he may have been originally intended to be a selectable character.
---- On the character select screen, his Super Art choices consist of 'RESURRECTION', 'MITEOR STRIKE', and a blank disc. Notice how 'meteor' is spelt wrong.
---- Regardless of which Super Art you select, he'll always have all three of his Super Arts available.
---- If you play through 1P arcade mode with him, when you get to stage 9 he'll have to face an "out-of-bounds" value 'character'. The game will lock after the Versus screen.
