Like the last one I published, this bug can only be executed in the Street Fighter II The World Warrior version of the game. With Guile, go near your opponent, charge DOWN + BACK for a few seconds, then press BACK + HEAVY PUNCH, then immediately you press UP + BACK + ANY KICK button, if you do it properly Guile will throw the opponent and the game is going to reset right after that, which will lead to all coins added to the game to be lost. This one might not be a nice one to use in match I guess.
