This bug might not be well known in The King of Fighters 2002 because it's unlikely to happen in a match. You need to have Seth and Vanessa, Vanessa has to be dying to be able to execute her HSDM, then also with Vanessa press B + C so you can execute her HSDM, after that you execute with both characters their HSDM at the same time, the inputs are FORWARD, BACK, DOWN + BACK, DOWN, DOWN + FORWARD, FORWARD + A + C. THe bug happens because even though you executed the HSDM with both characters at the same time, Seth can't execute his HSDM because he is not in MAX MODE and/or he is also not dying, which causes the bug. In case you did it correctly, Vanessa will execute her HSDM and freeze at the beginning of it forever, you won't be able to hit or grab her.
