"HANDSOME FIGHTERS NEVER LOSE BATTLES!"

So this is the new boss hack for SFII World Warrior. The moves are completely butchered up from the way we all know how to use them since SFII Champion Edition. However, that is to be expected, as the World Warrior bosses were not playable to begin with.

Here's Vega's move set:
- Backflip - Hold back to guard during an opponent's attack.
- Rolling Claw - ↓,↘,→, Punch button.
- Wall Cling: Claw Dive - ↓,↙,←, Punch button.
- Wall Cling: Izuna Drop - ↓,↙,←, Kick button.
*- When Vega starts climbing the "invisible cage" on other stages, he gets positioned on the same layer as the cage would be on Vega's actual stage. That is why Vega appears to move while still on some stages with the scrolling backgrounds, such as Ryu's stage with the moon, and Blanka's stage with the clouds.
*- For Vega's backflip move to work, the opponent must make "contact" with Vega while guarding. Otherwise, Vega will use his coruching guard frames. Apparently, this was Vega's standing guard frames at the time before SFII Champion Edition.

Vega is basically using Guile's character slot here, considering that Guile is his last opponent you face before the final 4 bosses. Not to mention that Vega is using Guile's Victory Win screen animations at the end as well. Again, this was to be expected.

For what this was worth to me, this was a long, overdue hack for the arcade version! Probably one of the best versions I've ever played in the Street Fighter II series. I'd like to thank the hacker for putting his efforts into making this possible!
