-the first half of the video was played in low spec mode. I also tried in regular mode low settings (14:05) and it actually runs a few fps faster then low spec mode did oddly enough.

gpu: AMD HD 7560D (driver version 16.2.1)
ram: 8gb 1600hmz (overclocked to 1866mhz) ddr3
OS: Win10, game was recorded with windows dvr
Res: 720p low settings
