This is a PC ONLY mod for Street Fighter V that greatly improves the netcode synchronization between two players with it installed. The source code is available for review as well, and the developer is well-known amongst FGC reverse engineers.

However, this patch currently degrades the netplay experience of unpatched players (PC and PS4) and is still buggy, so PLEASE use this only for Battle Lounge sets. The original file is included in the zip archive and you can freely switch back and forth of you want to play Ranked and Casual.
