Street Fighter Zero 2' (ストリートファイターZERO2′) 1cc - Saturn Longplay - Original Hardwar
Street Fighter Zero 2 Dash is an updated version of Street Fighter Alpha 2 you can play on the awesome Sega Saturn console. Originally released as part of Street Fighter Collection, the game was re-released separately in Japan under the Satakore label in 1998. back here in Europe, this game is also known as Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, but I prefear the japanese title for clarity.
Just like Street Fighter Zero, Zero 2 is a prequel to the iconic Street Fighter II series introduced new gameplay mechanics like the Alpha Counter and Custom Combos, adding depth to the classic fighting game formula. The roster features both familiar faces and new challengers, and is more varied than Street Fighter Zero's one.
I feel like this game is quite awesome, so I registered a couple of runs to save it on my channel, and I ended up with this one that is, well, not so bad. There are errors but also a couple of good moments, so I hope you can enjoy.
As usual, this one (as all my playthroughs) use NO savestates. In my opinion, playing this way yields a footage more attuned to game and level design than save-state powered runs. When i feel like editing videos, i'll do a review, not a playthrough.
Recorded on Modded Saturn, 60hz + Pseudo Kai, with Retrotink2x and Avermedia Live Mini. Played on CRT with standard Sega Saturn Controller.
