Hello Retro Gaming fans, Ryan Mcquinn here!

This is the initial release of our Streets
of Rage 2 ROM Editor! Accompanying the Screen
Replacer are Text Editors which allow editing
and replacing the various text throughout the
ROM. There's Also a Checksum fixer to
eliminate the need for an external tool. In the
next release I will have implemented a way to
not only replace the music, but also convert
Midi's!

**For clarification, the Mucom88 software compiles
the music in a format that requires very little
changes to be used in the ROM.**
