1This gaming session guides players as a no commentary location guide for all Energy Upgrades (x10) and Energy Recharge Upgrades (x5) found throughout Capcom's Strider (2014 Reboot) video game. During gameplay, these upgrades unlock from seated cradles when touched, and increase energy and recharge use. Upgrades are ordered sequentially at their earliest opportunity for obtainment while logically traversing the game's 10 zones. Those zones that contain two regions are identified as "[Pt1]" and "[Pt2]," whereas acquisitions that require later zone backtracking are labeled as "[ZB]." The collection of all Energy Upgrades and Energy Recharge Upgrades results in the "You've Got the Power" Achievement/Trophy.

Options and Kunai use energy. Energy recharges over time. Also, killing enemies replenishes energy. Your maximum energy is increased by collecting Energy upgrades.
Energy Recharge Upgrade
"Energy Recharge Time Shortened."
Options and Kunai use energy. Energy recharges over time. Recharge time is shortened by collecting Energy Recharge upgrades.
