A character who taunts the player mid-game with lines such as “I would rather tear down your castle with a spoon than offer you assistance”, The Wolf does not mince words. As an AI Lord he is not the best ally in multiplayer or offline skirmish mode, his aggressive attitude toward other players making any military or economic assistance unlikely. As an AI opponent however The Wolf provides skilled Stronghold players with a worthy challenge. The series has always been known for its ability to test the mental dexterity of players and The Wolf’s addition to the Crusader 2 roster shows that this new game keeps that tradition alive.
