Structure Block Fun with Custom Trees - Talon's Oasis - Ep 57
10Structure integrity and seed, two structure block settings I haven't messed with. That changes today. And we'll be using a few custom trees I've made to try and see what they do and hopefully be able to randomize the trees and maybe allow them to look unique using structure blocks.
Extra Bits:
- There wasn't time in the episode, but structure blocks have a rotation option and a mirror option, both of which would allow even more randomization and customization with the poorly-made trees
- I also had to cut a section where I messed around a bit with structure void blocks (which are cool blocks that only work with structure blocks). Basically they save a void spot in the structure to prevent a structure from overwriting the block in that location when it gets loaded in.
Command Block Survival is a combination of vanilla Minecraft and certain creative mode aspects to allow the editing of command blocks. It expands the possibilities of creations in Minecraft far beyond what vanilla allows. And by balancing the command block contraptions with various tradeoffs it keeps the vanilla Minecraft experience intact.
