The movie director is an annoying dude in this game. I say we piss him off doing everything wrong and slowly chip away his seemingly infinite budget!
Surprisingly, getting min%, at least in first levels, is a lot harder than getting 100%. You have to take unprofessionalism to whole new levels to succeed - something like this does not happen accidentally in this game, I assure you.
Check out the bar at the upper left corner to see the pace I fail the various stunts. A subtle secondary goal I have is to wreck the car as badly as possible while doing the level.

Unfortunately, this level has a few stunts that you can't fail. The first 'gap' is the first - even if you wreck to the sides, the game thinks you did it perfectly. The second is the jump at the end. Even if you try to skip it by using the rooftops, the game gives you full points. Therefore, I believe 30% is the worst you can do in this level...
