Throwing weapons are disabled, due to the fact on their unreliability and the fact that shield infantry can just use their shields, and players hide their two-handed troops behind a shieldwall, and ranged infantry usually only throw ~2 javelins when enemy is charging at them anyway. Thus, these videos purely tests each unit's melee strength.
