0So this is probably one of the most popular variants of Form 4, but also easily the most restricting.
A reverse grip does have some practicality, but its almost exclusively a defensive style for me. Sadly, to actually Attack you have to heavily give away what your doing to do, which allows an opponent to easily stop the attack. However, by extension, it's a Fantastic deflective style, as well as being able to easily defend against attacks.
