Here are several ways to keep your cyclops charged in Subnautica. Using the heat converter makes a huge difference when departing for missions as you leave with full power. Otherwise another option is take out all of the power cells from the engine when leaving the cyclops and store them in a locker in the cyclops so the power doesn’t drain. Also once your down in the inactive lava zone there are larva that attach to the cyclops and drain its power so get out and kill them as soon as you detect them.
