Subpar Tutorials - Naysmith Gaming

Today's episode focuses on tutorials, and how they can be... wrong. The Evil Genius 2 Tutorial's first instruction is to build a Vault. Okay, but the lair has an inherent capacity already, and the SIX pallets are very expensive together, a huge drain on my resources.
The only reason the cost doesn't stop me then and there is because the tutorial basically hands me resources. The tutorial... just plain teaches a bad method. The inherent capacity won't be threatened any time soon, so there's just no point... except for the basic mechanics, in which case: why not move that part back to when I actually have an income that would need it?
