I think the title says it all.

Instructions
1. Open a Windows Explorer folder
2. Insert the following address in the address bar and press Enter.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Subsistence\Binaries\Win32
3. Using the date and timestamps of the .sav files, find the MOST RECENT save.
4. Using the date and timestamps of the .sav files, find the save file you want to RESTORE your game to.
5. Back up both files just in case something goes wrong.
6. Delete the MOST RECENT .sav file.
7. Rename the RESTORE file to the name of the MOST RECENT file.
8. Restart Subsistence and make sure the restore worked.
