It was the biggest day in Forces cricket yesterday and the final saw the Navy's narrowest of wins over the Army, which had followed a game in which the RAF had beaten the Army.

The RAF now have in their sights retaining the inter services fifty overs a side championship and are the team to beat in 20 twenty.

For the beneficiaries Combat Stress, it was also a highly successful day.
