After watching Flats' video on the matter where he discovers it from LHCloudy, I had to add it to my Rein arsenal. After 20 minutes of messing around with it, I went into a game and landed it perfectly against a competent Rein.

To BHop shatter:
-fall (not jump) off of a ledge
-shatter mid fall
-hold space bar right after shatter and until the BHop is done
-???
-Profit.

Best part is that the faster you are with the combo, the lower the ledge you can do it off of, and the enemy Rein can't counter it effectively at all. (Zarya bubbles, other shields and CC can counter it obviously.)
