Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits surrounding either the 1 or 9 in the row or column, and the order in which the sums appear (top to bottom in a column, left to right in a row). The solver must determine which clues are for 1s and which are for 9s. The cell with a gray square is even.

Broken 159 - Digits in red-shaded cells in column 1 indicate the position of 1 in the corresponding row. The same is true in columns 5 and 9 for 5's and 9's.All possible red cells are given.

Arrow Sudoku rules apply. Except: The circles and the arrow lines are separated. One circle belongs to exactly one arrow line and vice versa (this is why there are eight circles and eight lines).
Little Killer Sudoku rules apply. Digits along the two indicated diagonals can repeat and sum to X and Y respectively. The sum of these diagonals (X+Y) equals the sum of the digits in the circles.
