📖 Problem Rules 📖
• Normal Sudoku rules apply. The digits 1-9 can not repeat in any row, column, or box.
• Arrows outside the grid indicate the nearest three digits in the corresponding direction are in ascending or descending order, with the highest number in the direction of the arrow. All possible arrows are given.
