YO THERE. Hope you're all well and continuing to stick it out well through this crazy quarantine that never seems to end. Here's a laid back and shortened rendition of the guitar classic Sultans Of Swing, by Dire Straits. Definitely one of the hardest songs to do good justice to, but I hope this doesn't upset too many purists seeing as how for a fair amount of the famous solo licks scattered throughout this song, I deviated from Knopfler's playing. It's also been transcribed from the original key of Dm into Em, so as to help make more of the solos near the end "slightly" more possible for my feeble mind to attempt playing in a fingerstyle context. Yes, this one was definitely a doozy. It gave a shiver in the dark, and it's raining in the park. You know what I mean.

Really though, hope you're all well and staying safe and sane during these trying times. You're all awesome. You. Yes, you. And you. Rock on.

PS Some long overdue tabs on the way this week, I'll be working on em. Oh yes. Just so ya know.
