"Reset X-Form", "Reset UVWs" and changing the channel map from 1 to 2 is not needed to do anymore! Those steps can be skipped.
There were some changes in how to extract the textures. You will need this tool for it: https://github.com/AsteriskAmpersand/MHR_Tex_Chopper/releases
Drag and drop the texture file into the tex chopper. Afterwards you can edit the textures just like in the video. To repack your own textures, drag and drop the .dds back into the tex chopper.
