Finally gave arms it’s own day. Usually smash out 20/25 mins at the end of a session.
Now running this split..

Mon: Back
Tues: Chest
Weds: Am Cardio/Pm rest
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Delts/Shoulders
Sat: Am Cardio/Pm Rest
Sun: Arms/Hiit

**Cardio is done EVERY morning, 5am wake ups and 3k run**

Been running this for 2 weeks and it’s Working massively for me, about a stone down and lost no size/strength 🤟🙌🤷🏼‍♂️
