Another one of my guilty pleasures, and it's one that has similarities to Saints Row IV.

Sunset Overdrive came out some time ago as an Xbox One exclusive, but did eventually make the transition to PC too. It has a lot of pop culture references, pokes fun at video game tropes and frequently breaks the 4th wall.

Kinda represents the culture of Insominac Games and I consider this their transition game as it features the wacky weapon choices from Ratchet and Clank and the realistic human characters and world that their Spider-Man games would use.

And like Saints Row IV, your character's clothes don't do much. So you could just have your character in their undies the whole time (there are mods, but it's quite difficult to apply them in this game).
