This is a hack for the japanese version of the game that offers a new take on the game by presenting a few key modifications, including but not limited to:

Very fast gameplay
Weapons are more powerful
Enemies shoot a lot more
Enemies spawn more at certain places
Do not lose weapons on death
Start with 30 lives
Earthquakes in level 3 happen a lot sooner
Getting the “R” powerup gives you the fire weapon
