Super Mario 14 is a famicom rom hack of a Jap exclusive game called Kaiketsu Yanchamaru 3: Taiketsu! Zouringen (Kid Niki).
Not much has been changed apart from the main character and certain enemy characters, but sadly levels seem to be the same as the original game so its probably better just to buy that if your interested in playing it!
Quite a fun game though and a nice addition to the Merry Xmas edition of the Nes Mini Clone 600 in 1 Plug n Play i reviewed here
