Reasonings:
8th: Pipeline Lagoon- This level sucks. It's literally just swimming and going through clear-pipes most of the time and it's boring af and has little redeeming qualities
7th: Chainlink Charge- I don't despise it, more so just a "strongly dislike" for this level. I just hate autoscrolling levels and this one does get a little more creative with it since it sometimes autoscrolls vertically but it's still an annoyingly slow level
6th: The Bullet Bill Express- Again, it's an autoscrolling level. It's higher than the last because it takes place on an insanely chaotic train but it's still boring and tedious and other levels are so much better.
5th: Pretty Plaza Panic- It's one of the shortest levels ever, and the one redeeming factor is speedrunning it and the green stars make it more fun to collect but it's still down here for a reason
4th: Switchbord Falls- This is where I start to like levels and this ine is quite good and I like the switchboard concept and it's a pretty looking level and it's not too short, so it's good but other's are better because they are most fast paced
3rd: Shifty Boo Mansion- A very good level that's very fun for speedruns and has great detail and fun fast paced elements and I like it overall
2nd: Snowball Park- This one is really great. It's just super fun in general and it's very cherry and christmassy and has lots of fun elements and I dont know what else to say.
1st: Mount Must Dash- Probably my 2nd fav level in the game tbh. It's the definition of fast paced and the level and music is a reference to the MARIO KART SERIES!! and it's super fun and I love the music and detail and it's a fun linear level and it's incredible overall
