- Doors between areas have been added and randomized.
- Item locations are randomized and potion doors spawn automatically in those locations.
- Upgrades have been added to the game and mushrooms increase health permanently.
- Some rooms may be cursed or inverted.
- Bosses are randomized and each hold a random item.
