At the time, the Super Mario Wiki had yet to update with news about this Special Battle event, so I had to check a bunch of sites to see, and for this one, courses with Bullet Bills appear for this one.
As the Special Battle event is called Bullet Bill Barrage Battle, the courses that appear in this event are 1-4, 2-4, 3-4, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 6-3, 7-1, 8-2, and 8-3, and they are some of the harder courses in the game, the first three worlds for this event doesn't have any Bullet Bills, so I guess the closest would be Bowser's fire breath.
World 5 was where Bullet Bills first appeared in Super Mario Bros., and both 5-3 and 6-3 are very tricky platforming levels, and 7-1, 8-2, and 8-3 are very tricky courses, 7-1 not only has a ton of Bullet Bill Blasters, but there are some Hammer Bros. in that course as well, 8-3 also has Hammer Bros. as well, and 8-2 has Lakitu at the start of the course.
A lot of the more recent events in Super Mario Bros. 35 seem to add World 8 courses in them, as we are getting to the harder courses in the game, and 7-1 is already a hard enough course as power-ups are really hard to come by, and Hammer Bros. tend to be very aggressive as they will chase after Mario if he passes them by, I guess this was to make Hammer Bros. tough opponents if they weren't already in the original Super Mario Bros. game.
