Me playing 5-3 to 8-4 in Super Mario Bros for the NES.

Fun Fact 1: Super Mario Bros was one of the launch games for the NES in America, but was also the original planned last game for the Famicom in Japan.

Fun Fact 2: Super Mario Bros sold 40,240,000+ copies, making it the best selling NES game.

Fun Fact 3: It was the best selling game in the world until March 2009. The game to top it was Wii Sports for the Nintendo Wii.

Fun Fact 4: The Nintendo Entertainment System launched in America, October 1985, with 17 games. Super Mario was in 5. He was, of course the main character in Super Mario Bros, the main character of Golf, the referee in Tennis, part of a demolition team in Wrecking Crew, and a cameo in Pinball.

Fun Fact 5: The original Nintendo Family Computer launched in Japan, July 1983 with 3 games. Super Mario was in 2. He was the hero in Donkey Kong, and the villain in Donkey Kong Jr.
