A series of mini-planets that require you to defeat all foes on it to advance. Add the eerie music and you get this galaxy. Not a favorite stage by some due to it's slight montonomy, but it's a nice idea. Now you know what would have been a great idea? Pit of 100 trials, Galaxy Style. Maybe not even as part of the main game, but like a separate mini-game or something where you fight some really tough bosses in the later floors.
But I'm just rambling here... It's honestly what I thought about when I first played this stage. Anyways.
The Comet Medal is found on the second planet which is pretty hard to miss. You are given a lot of resources throughout the stage (coins, Starbits), so you should get though this with some ease.
There's a Hungry Luma who wants 20 coins. You need to collect nearly every coin on your way there to access this new planet where you face Gobblegut again... but with a flaming skin this time. Seriously, a lot of people underestimate the difficulty of this boss with it's flame coat and molten shpere attacks added. Don't do what I did and rush right in, or you'll get burned... a LOT. I used up every single coin on the Planet just to stay alive. What a blunder...
