With enough Power Stars, Mario enters a new galaxy called Honeyhive Galaxy, which is a kingdom where a bunch of Honeybees work for the Queen Bee, and he finds a new power-up called the Bee Mushroom, giving Mario the Bee Suit, which he can use to fly and climb honey walls, so this galaxy is all about making use of the Bee Suit.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The next galaxy requires 3 Power Stars, and this area is Honeyhive Galaxy, or the Honeyhive Kingdom, which is inhabited by Honeybees, otherwise just known as bees, they work for the Queen Bee.
Honeyhive Galaxy has some nice music, and this is the first area where you can use a new power-up called the Bee Suit, and as Bee Mario, you can fly for a short time, and if you make contact with water, Mario loses the power-up. There are some new enemies called Flipbugs, and as their name stats, they flip over if you spin into them to defeat them.
The first mission is Bee Mario Takes Flight, and you will need the Bee Mushroom for this mission. There is a secret Warp Pipe where you can get a lot of Star Bits, the secret room has boulders and a Rainbow Star. With the Bee Suit, you can fly up the wall and walk on flowers, but the flowers will disappear if Mario walks on them without the Bee Suit. After getting past the honey puddles, a Launch Star takes you to the Flower Planet, and there is a lot of water, and a new type of Octoomba called an Octoguy, and you can use a Fling Flower to gain height, and through the flowers is a Launch Star.
Next is the walls of honey, which Bee Mario can climb, and if you lose your Bee Suit, you can find a Sproutle and on the other side is where you can find the Bee Mushroom.
At the very top of the wall is where the Queen Bee is at, and in this game, she is referred to as Queen Bee, but in later games, she is called Honey Queen, I still can't get over why she of all characters would be playable in Mario Kart 7. There are 5 Star Chips, which is said to be cause of the itching plague on the Queen Bee, so you will need the Bee Suit to collect all of them, and after helping the Queen Bee, a Launch Star appears, and at the end is where the Toad Brigade is at, and Captain Toad will freak out at first if Mario still has the Bee Suit, and he gives Mario the Star. This game was the debut of the Toad Brigade, and Captain Toad is their leader, who not only got his own courses in Super Mario 3D World, but he even got his own game called Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker.
Back at the Observatory, the Toad Brigade will be at the Garage, and I find Blue Toad's dialogue about Rosalina being a witch to be funny, specially after a witch costume for Rosalina was added in Mario Kart Tour. The Purple Toad is the Mailtoad, and he will give 5 lives after accepting the letter from Peach.
Next is Trouble on the Tower, and there are some stones in the Honeyhive Kingdom, and you can destroy them with a Ground Pound, one of them has a Sproutle underneath. After Ground Pounding a button, this creates a bridge, and we meet the first talking billboard in the game, the famous Gil Board, and he teaches Mario how to Wall Jump. After getting to the top and using the Launch Star, the Hat Planets, they are not the official names, I use Super Mario Wiki, which has the names of some of the planets, one side has Piranha Plants, and another side has Wigglers, and the other planet is the Rattle Planet, which has a Rainbow Star which you can use to defeat the enemies, and fall down the tube to the Observation Deck, and there are some enemies called Mandibugs, you have to Ground Pound to defeat them, and they only charge in one direction. At the top of the tower is the Mandibug Parent and Child, if you Ground Pound the child, the parent will get angry, and then Ground Pound the parent to get the Star, I have read somewhere that the Mandibug at the top of the tower is supposed to be the queen of the Mandibugs.
Back to Honeyhive Galaxy, and the music is different, the Honeyhive Kingdom has been invaded by Mandibugs, and at the fountain is a Bubble Blaster, this FLUDD-like device shoots bubbles. At the end of the tunnel is the Queen Bee, who tells Mario that the neighbours are causing trouble, and a Launch Star appears.
There are two smaller platforms, and on the planet is Big Bad Bugaboom, and the flowers are called Banandelions, and they first appeared in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat.
The fight with Bugaboom isn't very hard, what you have to do is Ground Pound his back, after the first hit, he starts flying around, and after the second hit, he starts flying like crazy and dropping bombs, and Bugaboom can flip sideways to avoid a Ground Pound, and after the third hit, Bugaboom is down, and the Power Star can be collected.
