Super Mario Maker on a Low-End Mali GPU? Improved CEMU Android and gameplay test!
We tested Super Mario Maker running on a Mali GPU through the CEMU emulator for Android, reviewing its performance, compatibility, and recent improvements. We also analyzed how playable this Wii U title is on a mobile device with a MediaTek processor.
CEMU is a Nintendo Wii U emulator originally designed for PCs, but in 2025 its Android version has taken important steps forward, allowing games like Mario Kart 8, Zelda Breath of the Wild, and Super Mario Maker to run, even on mid-range mobile devices.
