Here is the third board, it is not the final board, as there is one more board after that. This is Megafruit Paradise, there are four different islands, and the Warp Pipes can take you to another island, Green Pipes and Red Pipes connect to the pipe of their respective colour. The four islands are Watermelon Island, where if you light up the sparklers if you step on a Happening Space, something special can happen, the upper-left island (that's what Toad called it) has present boxes. Pineapple Island has a shop with an ice cream cone. The hazards are the Mega Blooper at the bridge where if you step on a Happening Space, the giant Blooper can send you back to the beginning.
