After crossing a bridge of donut platforms, a set of Lava Bubbles will form the Czar Dragon. The Czar Dragon will summon scalding water geysers and fire walls to attack all opponents. If it brings in an iron maiden, it can make the target have fear, lowering its offensive stats. After damaging it enough, the flames of the dragon will fade away, reducing it to bones, where it is now known as a Zombone. The Zombone can summon cyclones and throw boulders. If it screams, it makes the target have fear. After you defeat it, continue to make your way through the volcano so that you can find the 6th out of 7 Star Pieces.
