Super Mario RPG (SNES) - Part 11: I can't believe it's not Fat Cat's Casino
Super Mario RPG is a classic in my eyes, and one I have fond memories of; still, it's a rather simple game, that I wish Nintendo and Square would properly give us closure for. A Remake or something would be great, to make the game get a more modern coat of paint. But, IMO; Super Mario RPG still holds out fine as a beginners RPG, made to allow more action game fans an introduction it to the more complicated system of RPGs; and it nails the basics well, while implementing systems like Timed Hits, which all future Mario RPGs would rename "Action Commands" in Paper Mario as well as Mario & Luigi.
Screw Grate Guy, and screw his dumb minigame. All this hassle was worth it, as the Star Egg is amazing; but honestly, having to win 100 times is insanely annoying, and there's no counter or indication you're even doing it right. Other then that, back to Bean Valley after some additional stuff.
Also, the title of this video is a reference to Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers; in case anyone is curious.
This gameplay was recorded via Emulation; and captured using Movavi Gecati.
