We'll let the Toadster finish things up here. Perhaps I should've played as Peach though so she can get some revenge against Bowser for kidnapping her so many times? Hmm...

Anyway, this massive game wraps up with some of the easiest battles in the game. Naturally, it's versus Bowser. However this time, he means business. Or does he?

The first battle features the same gimmick used with the boss of level 9-7; the pipe that spawns the bombs appears in a random spot each time Bowser is hit. Only this time, the room is much larger. But Bowser doesn't really attack you, instead he just hovers above trying to ram into you. So although there aren't any projectiles or other hostile objects to watch out for, you do need to be quick in getting some space between you and Bowser, otherwise he'll close in and try to hit you while trying to stay above you. Basically, you're fighing a Lakitu without the all of the spinies.

Speaking of Lakitu, his boot does help out quite a bit here, but if you do decide to bring Lakitu's boot, you'll have to jump out of it quickly, then try to hit Bowser with a bomb. Otherwise, you'll have to use the propellor blocks & springboards, and while they don't necessarily make the fight much harder, it is harder to keep a decent distance away from Bowser as you'll most likely have to approach him from directly underneath him, which makes you more prone to taking a hit.

Second fight features an "invincible" Bowser. And he is, except for the fact that he can still be hurt by using the Billy Gun on him. Basically, make him eat bullets while dodging him until he goes through all of his dialogue and finally gives up.

There's no real ending sequence, so I kinda just milled about at the end. But I'm finally done with this game. Except for level 8-6 and its two bosses (which really should be HERE to be quite honest) I had a blast with it!
