I'm going to get 100 points in every stage of the game. After this part, the first half and second half of each World will be shown in the corresponding parts. For example, Part 2 will have the first half of World 2 while Part 3 will have the second half of World 2.

In this part, we complete all of World 1.

These are the stages shown in this part:

1-1: Make Eggs, Throw Eggs: This is pretty much a tutorial on how to use Eggs properly. Collecting everything in this stage is pretty easy.

1-2: Watch Out Below!: This stage has falling Chomps that will create holes where they land, so you have to be careful. The stage itself isn't anything too tough. It also introduces Yoshi's helicopter transformation.

1-3: The Cave Of Chomp Rock: This cave level will teach you how to use the Ground Pound ability. It's also the first stage with a key to a mini-game. Again, nothing too hard yet.

1-4: Burt The Bashful's Fort: This is the first fortress stage of the game. It has lots of hazards, such as lava, falling walls, and Burts. The lava is your main threat here, as falling in it is an instant death. Keep in mind that if you want to 100-point fortress stages, you have to have 30 Stars in hand when the boss is defeated. That means, you must either defeat the boss without taking damage, or use a panel that gives you Stars if you do take damage. Burt the Bashful's a really easy boss though, so you shouldn't have to worry about taking a hit.

1-5: Hop! Hop! Donut Lifts: This is the game's first autoscrolling stage, and it's the only normal stage of World 1 that can be hard to 100-point. In this case, it's 30 Stars. There's very few Stars to collect in this stage, so you have to be careful. This stage also introduces Donut Lifts, which fall after standing on them for too long.

1-6: Shy-Guys On Stilts: This stage will keep going back and forth between outside and being in a cave. Collecting everything here's easy, but be careful not to miss the two Red Coins with Yoshi's mole transformation. Stilted Shy Guys are everywhere in this stage and can be used to break the Flashing Egg you get early in the stage for a Red Coin.

1-7: Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy: This stage's gimmick is unique. Fuzzies are floating everywhere in the stage. If Yoshi touches one, he gets incredibly dizzy and the stage will start to move around, along with Yoshi being unable to control himself properly. Avoid Fuzzies at all costs when near pits. Again, collecting everything isn't too hard, but there's a hidden area near the end of the stage that you might miss.

1-8: Salvo The Slime's Castle: This stage is pretty lengthy, but has really easy collectibles to obtain. A few new things are introduced, such as spinning cylinder platforms and spiked platforms you can rotate by hitting their corresponding block. The boss here, Salvo, is pretty easy. He can't hit you directly. He'll try to shove Yoshi into the lava on the right of the stage. To damage him, you need to whack him with Eggs. He'll drop Lemon Drops, which can be eaten for more Eggs. Eight hits will kill him.

Extra 1: Poochy Ain't Stupid: This is one of the hardest stages in the game, and it's in World 1. It's an autoscroller where you have to ride Poochy to cross lava and run through enemies. The hardest part of 100-pointing this stage are the Red Coins. You have to be quick if you want them all. Using Eggs to grab the risky ones is also recommended.
