Super Mario World - Even More Level Clears Without Pressing A or B!

Well, following nathanisbored's suggestion, I went and tried Forest of Illusion 4 again, and I successfully managed to liberate Lakitu from his cloud and, with the help of the avoid time up death glitch, steal it! It would only be temporary, but there was a nearby high ledge I could rest on, then just use fireballs to perma-kill Lakitu the next time! However, while I could reach the normal exit this way, the secret exit's room stymied me with one-tile high concrete blocks, and I couldn't manage to get the key into the keyhole! Argh!
Afterwards, I looked at other levels again, and found some success with Chocolate Island 2! I had to take a particular route for this to be possible, and I'm pretty sure the secret exit is unreachable (can't move fast enough), but at least I made it to the normal exit!
Note: Tool-assisted, just because.

Once again, I'll say this: I seriously doubt there are any more levels that are clearable without A or B, but that's what I said the last three times! So, if anyone thinks there's another such level, let me know!
