Super Mario World Randomizer (All Castles) - 3/31/24
7I haven't touched this randomizer in a very long time, so let's revisit Super Mario World Randomizer and try to find some fun settings with this.
This randomizer is pretty similar to the Mario 3 Randomizer, but I feel like it's a little more restrictive because of SMW's secret exit system, which means getting to the end of the game could feel a little a little more repetitive compare to SMB3R, so as a result, I kind of turned a blind eye from this one compared to SMB3R instead, even though I generally like SMW more than SMB3.
To fix that, I came up with something to try that might make this a little more interesting. Basically, in addition to finishing the game, we will also need to beat the 7 castles of the game, which can be randomly placed anywhere (where a single exit level can be placed anyway) in the game. This makes peeking later worlds really important, so you know where the castles will end up being, and gives you an idea of what secret exits to look out for.
There were some other settings I put on in this seed as well that I will probably disable for future runs, because they made things a little more confusing, or difficult.
