This Super farm barely costs any time, 0~20f slower depending on what you do normally. It is a bit tricky, but a mostly free super is very nice.

I let go of the shot when the pink block under the door disappears in the screen. A bit after that I release all inputs to make Samus lose some momentum.
Now for the dboost, I chose to fall some and then do a Downback facing right (also holding Jump), which will automatically do a Dboost when Samus gets hit. This is not necessary, you can do a normal Dboost, but I find the window obnoxious.
