I'm really happy with this run. I didn't expect to beat it so soon, or this by this much. My splits were hidden the entire run. I knew there was WR potential the whole time, but couldn't have imagined it being this far ahead. Looking forward to your return, Asfalttisoturi. Hopefully after your upcoming any% WR ;)
This category completes the game without any major glitches, just the GT Code. GT Code is a debug cheat left in by the developers to give testers a preset loadout for the Golden Torizo miniboss fight. The code is activated by holding A+B+X+Y during the door transition to enter the room. It adjusts your max capacities to 700 Energy, 300 Reserves, 100 Missiles, 20 Super Missiles, and 20 Power Bombs, and refills them to full. It also enables every major item except Screw Attack, which is picked up after the fight. Either Spazer or Plasma Beam must be unequipped immediately to avoid crashing the game. After activating the GT Code, each of the main bosses must be defeated as quickly as possible to unlock the final area and finish the game.
