Super Metroid Redux is a collection of improvement mods for Super Metroid in an attempt to modernize it so that it plays more like the GBA games, without going overboard. Many, many quality of life enhancements such as:
-Zero Mission-style controls
-The inclusion of a hard mode
-Dedicated X-ray button
-More detailed map system
-Faster elevators and door/room transitions
-Retain momentum after landing a jump
-Shorter message window when grabbing expansion tanks
-Less restrictive Space Jump
