I put together this spliced run using lsnes with savestates, using all of the strats I currently go for in Any%, with my PB of 51:01.
Early Ice, Spazer, 5 E-tanks, no pausing (so no X-factors), KPDR.

Some rooms are more optimized than others; for instance I didn't have a great Botwoon fight, but I'm not good in general with Botwoon, and that fight was faster than average. Meanwhile, I almost never get the Whomple Jump, but I usually go for it because the penalty for attempting and failing is so low.

I should've used the version of the practice rom with the fanfares still in place, but I only realized that about halfway through making this. As a result of that, and the practice rom having less lag than vanilla, the equivalent RTA time to this run is about 48:12. (the final In Game Time was 32:16)
