Objectives for this seed:
1. Collect 25% Items
2. Destroy the King Cacatac
3. Destroy Draygon
4. Clear Lower Norfair
5. Destroy one miniboss

For this seed, Touhou's Alice Margatroid goes to Zebes for a series of sidequests. For this one, you have to destroy the red cactus enemy in the bubble room of Upper Norfair, kill Draygon and any one miniboss, and get 25% items including all of the ones in Lower Norfair. This was one of the fastest seeds I've played so far.
