The only boss in chapter 2 comes right at the end, against the childish shapeshifter Mimi. Her true identity revealed, she undergoes her creepy transformation sequence and attempts to tear you into little pieces like stupid confetti (as she puts it)
Mimi doesnt have an HP stat, but after two consecutive jumps, one of her legs will pop off. Youll need to remove all of them to win. Also note that, when she starts throwing Rubees, you can throw them right back at her with Thoreau.
Low Level Tips:
-Try not to get trapped in a corner while she throws Rubees.
-You wont need to flip to 3D in this fight, so it doesnt matter which character you use.
